Time Zone Disorder

SiteCatalyst schedule timezone
If you live outside USA, chances are, that you at some point may end up a bit confused about the way time zones are handled in SiteCatalyst.

Some examples:

If you are an administrator looking around in the Usage & Access logs, you’ll notice that all indication of time is labeled PST (Pacific Standard Time), apart from the fact that it’s annoying to work with time from a foreign time zone, the actual time is correct.

On the other hand, if you are a user setting up a scheduled report, you’ll be prompted for a delivery time in US Mountain time (GMT -07:00), this is to be ignored, if you want your report to arrive around 10 AM, you select 10 AM, no matter what time zone you are located in.
